After being in business a few years you can see how powerful a business plan is and identifying your customer groups that return the greatest profit to the business. My brother who writes the blog http://www.thesmallbusinessentrepreneur.com/ will be writing a blog post on this subject shortly. He will be referencing this post also. As having our own business and starting from scratch it was very easy to skip the plan in general of use information that wasn’t relevant.
