The fresh new look of Google Analytics

23 October 2008 171 views One Comment

This morning I logged into my Google Analytics account to check the stats of my websites and noticed it was slightly different. The smooth grey navigation panel now looks more distinguished from the dashboard and the report charts. This color consistency makes the program even more appealing to use.

According to the Analytics Blog they are now testing a set of new features that will be available in the nearest future. Some of them will include

  • Advanced Audience Segmentation
  • Custom Reports
  • Adsense Integration
  • Motion Bubble Charts
  • New Data Export API for Webmaster
  • New User Dashboard

With these constant updates and improvements there is no doubt Google will be victorious in the war for ad dollar, as it becomes more and more advertiser friendly. After all they are probably the only company that provides extremely effective products at no cost for the end user.

this is true. I rather like the fact that Google keeps on pushing out new products and services to bloggers at no cost. You can’t really beat the price. And the functionality is very much appreciated.
