T-Mobile: Dance - the best commercial of January 2009

20 January 2009 159 views 3 Comments

The best TV commercial of January, 2009 was created by Saatchi & Saatchi. The agency shot “Dance” on Liverpool Street subway station, trying to deliver the message of T-Mobile’s slogan “Life’s for Sharing”. The idea is not principally unique, however it uses “flash mob” in a fun and entertaining way that creates a warm feeling.

The preparation took 8 weeks of nightly rehearsals when the station was closed. The spot was shot in two minutes and forty seconds with 10 hidden cameras, 350 actors, and one cut.
